In 2021, he stepped into the unfamiliar world of livestreaming with 17 Live. Based in Taiwan, he navigated diverse markets to excel in AI integration, user-centric product design, always striving to create measurable business impact.
Since 2024, Barton has sharpened his focus on AI product management, diving deep into tools like RAG AI chatbot and AI-recommended giftbox systems while advancing his skills in machine learning frameworks, data-driven strategies, and regional compliance. Al Baby & Al Co-host
Suggests real-time topics during livestreams to help streamers engage listeners and keep conversations flowing. Further, an Al advances feature was added to support smoother interactions and let streamers focus on delivering great content.
Welab Bank Personal instalment Loan
Designed, developed and launched the Welab personal instalment loan (PIL) from stretch in 10 months, including end-to-end credit approval and operation platform, application development

Launched the Virtual Bank mobile app with website from stretch in an year, function including onboarding, current & saving account, authentication, notification, statement and more.
MIDAS (車保e-check)
Motor Insurance DLT-based Authentication System (MIDAS), a DLT-based webApp allows multiple stakeholders, such as insurers, brokers, policyholders and government departments, to authenticate the motor insurance policy status instantly on the same platform and spot the fraudulent behaviour.
Voltron
Voltron, a shared blockchain platform co-founded by 8 member banks globally, making trade finance (Letter of Credit) transactions simpler, faster, safer and more transparent.
Project LionRock-Inthanon
A research project of Bank of Thailand and HKMA with an objective of transforming wholesale cross-border payments with streamlined intermediation model, real-time transfer and atomic Payment-versus-Payment (PvP) settlements using Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)
